Located approximately 4 miles east of Highway 70 on Lower Honcut
Highway, just east of the town of Honcut. The ranch is located in Butte
County with it's borders being tree lined with large oaks and sycamore
trees.
WILDLIFE:
Wildlife is abundant in the area, including Turkey, Deer, Quail, Ducks

SOILS:
The nature of this soil is very suitable for walnut production. Soils
mainly consist of class I and class II material.
CROPS:
This entire property was planted to a mixture of Sirs and Vinas
approximately 40 years ago. Several years ago the previous owner removed
approximately 40 acres of the original tree plantings. In the spring of
2015 the current owner prepared the soil by excavation of each tree hole
for the planting of paradox seedlings. Paradox seedlings were grafted to
Livermores in the spring of 2016.
Approximately 40 acres of the original orchard remain for income
purposes until the newly planted orchard comes into production.
IRRAGATION:
The entire ranch is set up on solid set irrigation with the newly
planted seedlings being watered by micro's until re installation of the
solid set by future buyers.
WATER SOURCES: The entire ranch is supplied with two
separate wells with turbine type gear heads and 20 H.P. electric motors.
Production and integrity of the wells is not known at this time.
